- What this is: BauerCalc is a subsurface engineering reference platform with calculators spanning petrophysics, reservoir, drilling, geology, geophysics, and more.
- Finding a calculation: Click a discipline tile below, or search by name, tag, or discipline using the search box here or in the header — results cover every calculation, not just one discipline.
- Formation defaults: Pick a formation from the dropdown on a calc card to auto-fill blank inputs with typical values for that formation — fields you've already typed into are never overwritten.
- Unit system: Toggle IMP / MET in the top-right at any time; inputs and outputs convert automatically.
- LAS files: Use the Load LAS tab to upload a .LAS file — matching log curves auto-map into calculator inputs.
